Want to receive a refund from the State?
Prepare your co-funding application to the INFPC!
What is it for?
Your company can benefit from a financial assistance of 15% of the amount invested in the training plans of your employees in 2020.
The main eligible costs for the refund are:
- The salaries of the attendees and the internal trainers
- The fees of the external training providers
- The travel, accommodation and food expenses linked to the trainings
The investment in training is capped according to the size of the company:
- 20% of the total payroll for companies with 1 to 9 employees
- 3% of the total payroll for companies with 10 to 249 employees
- 2% of the total payroll for companies with more than 249 employees
I.e. for a company with 5 employees, a possible refund up to 15% of 20% of the total payroll invested in training, or for a company with 100 employees, a refund up to 15% of 3% of the total payroll invested in training.
The financial assistance is increased by 20% for the trained employees without any qualification and with a seniority of less than 10 years, or if they are more than 45 years old.
How?
To obtain the refund, a specific file must be submitted with supporting documents like invoices, signed attendance lists and data related the company, the employees and the payroll.
It’s time!
The usual deadline applies this year, so don’t forget to submit the co-funding request to the lifelong learning national institute (INFPC) on 31st May 2021 at the latest.
