 ADDITIONAL DATE

Cross-border teleworking means declaration to the Centre Commun de la Sécurité Sociale, tax tolerance threshold, a desire to maintain the Luxembourg social security system, a Déclaration de Législation Applicable (DLA) and monitoring days worked abroad !

Employers who allow their employees residing in one of the border countries to telework must bear in mind that tax and social security limits apply and may entail financial and administrative consequences for both the employer and the employee.

As a result, the employer needs to keep precise track of the days worked outside Luxembourg in order to monitor compliance with the limits imposed by the company.

This training course will therefore be an opportunity to review the tax and social security rules, the CCSS declaration and the framework agreement, so as to have a clear and precise vision of the potential impact of exceeding or not exceeding certain limits.

Training objectives:

Would you like a refresher on the rules governing cross-border teleworking?

  • When to do the telework declaration to the CCSS and for what period?
  • What is the DLA and the A1 certificate?
  • What is the framework agreement?
  • How do I maintain the affiliation to the Luxembourg social security scheme?
  • What tax limits apply?
  • What should be done if the tax tolerance threshold is exceeded?
  • How to ensure regular and effective monitoring of days worked outside Luxembourg?
  • Etc....

These are just some of the questions we will be answering during this presentation, to help you understand the impact of cross-border teleworking.
