In early April, you likely received a letter from the Common Social Security Center (CCSS) informing you about the existence of new forms and DEMDET files related to the declaration of professional activities abroad.
Whenever your employees perform part of their work from abroad, this declaration must be submitted to the CCSS either via paper support or through Seculine (DEMDET files) in order to obtain the A1 certificate. Your cross-border teleworkers are also concerned.
As a reminder, these administrative procedures have been in effect since July 2023, and the end of the transitional period provided by the framework agreement, allowing compliance until June 30, 2024, is approaching.
Good news! Securex can assist you with these declarations and even handle them for you.
➡️ PARTIAL SUPPORT
If you wish to set up the DEMDET file yourself, we can provide you with a blank file for you to input all the required data and determine the activity percentages of your employees.
But what is this DEMDET file?
It’s the declarative file sent to the CCSS via Seculine to inform them about employees’ activities abroad.
We will verify the consistency of your data, integrate the completed DEMDET file into our software, and transmit the data to the CCSS via Seculine.
This service is billed at €165 (excluding VAT, current index) per file.
➡️ TOTAL COVERAGE
If you prefer our full assistance, we will arrange a preparatory meeting to define the scope and calculate the activity percentages of your employees. We will then:
- prepare communications to gather the necessary information from your employees;
- collect all the required data and information to establish the DEMDET file;
- integrate the file into our software and transmit the data to the CCSS via Seculine.
Our fees for this assistance amount to €90 (excluding VAT, current index) per employee.
